Before using Cozaar, tell your doctor if you are allergic to any drugs, or if you have:* kidney disease; liver disease;congestive heart failure;low or high levels of potassium in your blood; or if you are on a salt-restricted diet. If you have any of these conditions, you may not be able to use Cozaar, or you may need a dosage adjustment or special tests during treatment. FDA pregnancy category D.
